  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No, an application must be approved before we can accept a security deposit.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    Due before lease signing will be the security deposit, first month’s pro-rated rent AND the second full month of rent.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    Every person over the age of 18 who will be permanently occupying the residence must apply. The minimum age to be a primary occupant is 18 years of age.
  • Can you combine incomes for unmarried individuals?

    No, unmarried individuals must individually apply for the property and be individually approved. Combining incomes to meet the income requirement will not be accepted.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposits are fully refundable given there are no resident caused damages at the end of the tenant.
  • Will you accept a cosigner?

    No
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Applications must be completed online through our website under the “Search Rentals” tab. Or follow this link.
  • How do I pay rent?

    The best and easiest form of rent payment is your online resident portal (Link to Portal). You may also pay rent with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check. We do not accept cash payments.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Contact your property manager prior to getting a pet. Your pet must go through a pet screening and be approved.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    You must give written notice to vacate per the terms of your lease agreement. Contact your property manager for additional details and move out instructions.
