Brown Property Group provides turnkey property management services for our property owners. We manage all property types including single-family, multi-family and commercial properties and proudly serve our hometown of Fayetteville, Cumberland County and all neighboring communities. Maintenance
- Field all maintenance requests from tenants.

- Detailed Move-In and Move-Out inspections
- Provide three (3) property inspections per year

Rent Collection and Proceeds
- Collect all rents from tenant
- Notify owner went rents have been paid
- Disburse rent proceeds to owner on the 10th day of every month
- Direct deposit of rent proceeds to owner
- Appropriate actions for non-payment of rents
- Follow through with all eviction proceedings
- Preparations of tax form 1099 every year
Marketing
- Place sign in yard for drive by exposure
- Actively market property on our company website
- Market property on local MLS and most major real estate websites
- Detailed property listing with multiple photos and thorough property description
- Cooperation with local real estate agents for greater market exposure
- Provide recommendations for the most competitive market rent rates
Leasing
- Coordinate and execute tenant lease agreements
- Collect and hold tenant security deposits
- Copy of all tenant lease agreement sent to property owner after all parties have signed
- Collect monthly pro-rated rent at time of lease signing
